The following administrative fees are applicable to all reservations for Recreation and Park Department programs, activities and facilities, unless otherwise specified:
A refund processing fee of $10.00 or 20 percent of the fee, whichever is greater, will be charged when a person requests a refund of program fees.
A program withdrawal fee of $10.00 or 20 percent of the fee, whichever is greater, will be charged when a person withdraws from a program or activity.
There will be a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 20 percent of the rental fee, whichever is greater, for the cancellation of facility rental reservations.
There will be a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 for special event permits.
There will be a $25.00 fee when a reservation for use of an athletic field is rescheduled or canceled.
